For the Fotostudio Lichtmoment, we built more than just a beautiful website: a complete booking system with an online shop and an AI assistant that provides advice around the clock, showcases services, and schedules appointments — in German, Turkish, English, and French.

Book — classic or in conversation
Two paths, one result: those who prefer can select service, date, and time step by step on the booking page. Those who prefer to ask can get advice from "Lisa" in the chat and book directly there. Both paths lead to the same binding reservation — with an automatically assigned, available photographer.
A page that advises, books, and sells
An AI assistant that books through conversation
"Lisa" answers questions about services and prices, displays suitable packages as clickable cards, and schedules appointments directly in the chat — optionally even via voice input.
Appointments with automatic photographer assignment
For each desired appointment, the system automatically finds a suitable, available photographer and prevents double bookings. The guest simply selects the date and time — the solution handles the rest in the background.
Firmly booked, conveniently managed
Every booking is confirmed by email and can be canceled if needed. If a desired date is fully booked, a waiting list steps in — nothing gets lost, nothing is double-booked.
Shop and portfolio from a single source
Customers order canvases, posters, and gifts directly in the integrated shop, while the galleries showcase the studio's work — all on one page, on mobile as well as desktop.
Answers directly from the database
The assistant reliably retrieves prices, services, and available appointments from the database — so every visitor receives binding, up-to-date information around the clock.
At home in four languages
The entire site and "Lisa" speak German, Turkish, English, and French — every guest is advised in their own language without the need to maintain duplicate content.
And behind it: the operator dashboard
The actual tool works behind the scenes: through a password-protected area, the owner manages everything himself — without any technical knowledge. Whatever he changes there appears immediately on the website and is also available to the AI assistant. One truth, visible everywhere.
